Facilities include Boardroom for 12 and Conference room for 120. Venues for banquets and weddings include Dungar Niwas courtyard, Mirage restaurant terrace, Manoranjan amphitheatre, Shabnam Mahal, Dungar Niwas terrace, Gajner Rail restaurant*; special dinners at sand dunes, sanctuary and Sugansagar Paal.

The tree-lined Dungar Niwas Courtyard at Gajner Palace is a perfect setting for small groups of 20 to 80 guests; buffet style dining for upto 200 guests can be catered here. Guests specially can request for bonfire dinners at the Courtyard, adding to the ambience of the night.
