Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership charges: Platinum – Rs.2500 and Gold – Rs.1000 (all applicable taxes extra)
  2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
  3. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after duly signing on the reverse side of the card. Membership card is non-transferable.
  4. Children above 12 years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.
  5. Room bookings must be made through the central reservation. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for discounts.
  6. All discounts are on Printed tariff only.
  7. Rooms are subject to availability and prior reservations.
  8. Members availing the benefit of any of the services / accommodation in any of the units / Hotels of the group covered under this card will be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective Hotel and the group.
  9. In the event that the card is lost, member can get a duplicate card made after paying Rs. 100 of charge.
  10. All certificates enclosed in the membership pack (or given separately being a member) are valid for use at the specified hotel only, are for one time usage only – whether utilized in full or not. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  11. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Only One Food / Beverage certificate can be used per visit. In the event of any issue / dispute with the respective Hotel H.R.H. Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any such dispute raised by the member as regards the service of the respective Hotel.
  12. The benefits as given in the gift certificate / voucher, if any issued at the discretion of the management are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse side of the certificate / voucher.
  13. Presentation of the membership card is imperative for availing the discounts under the programme.
  14. Offer is not applicable during the period 20th December, 2017 to 5th January, 2018.
  15. Total offer price indicated does not include entrance fee to various places of interest, airfares, transportation, meals and sightseeing.
  16. All applicable taxes will be charged separately on the total bill amount after applying the discount.
  17. All rates will be charged in Indian Rupees and Prices in USD are only indicative and may vary due to fluctuation in the rate of exchange.
  18. An alternate itinerary can be suggested if accommodation is not available on required dates.
  19. Offers under this programme cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  20. Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers.
  21. All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card.
  22. All major credit cards are accepted.
  23. Discounts / benefits are not applicable on the already fixed cover charges.
  24. Historic Resort Hotels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend offer for Regal Club members.
  25. Regal Club membership fee is non – refundable.
  26. The Membership will entail the granting of membership card to the member, entitling him to those operational discount and privileges as listed in the programme.
  27. The card cannot be used to settle banquet bills.
  28. Multiple card discounts is not permissible under the Regal Club offers, per booking or seating or billing.
  29. Food and Beverage discount is applicable for up to 10 guests per booking.
  30. The “Regal Club” loyalty programme is not open to employees of HRH Group of Hotels – and their immediate family which includes spouse, parents and children.
  31. Membership will be made available to travel agents and tour operators for personal use only
  32. Regal Club membership discounts not applicable on the Thali at Garden Hotel and Cover Charges at Jagmandir Island Palace.
  33. Terms and conditions of the programme are governed by the laws of the republic of India and will be restricted to the Udaipur jurisdiction.
  34. The management of HRH Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to waive, withdraw, amend, change, modify without any prior notice, in writing or otherwise, the benefits that can be availed by the Members, in the properties, restaurants and outlets belonging to HRH. HRH also reserves the rights to discontinue the Cards at any time without any prior notice to the Members.
