A welcome drink is served to the guest in the room or reception area (as per the
preference of the organisers).
Smooth check-in to hotels of all guest; pre-arrival preparation of baggage-tags
with room numbers.
Each guest is individually escorted to their well-appointed room by our hospitality
staff and briefed on the heritage of the rooms and the various facilities offered.
All rooms are provided with special and personalised accompaniments such as traditional
indian Suites / Chocolates and cheese platter at turndown.
A separate hospitality desk is setup at the reception for the wedding function to
assist the guest within the hotel premises and to sight see around the historic
Lunch at Poolside / Lawns, Shiv Niwas Palace
