Airport transfers by our Travel Desk …
A royal welcome is organised at the hotels.
A welcome drink is served to the guest in the room or reception area (as per the
preference of the organisers).
Smooth check-in to hotels of all guests; pre-arrival preparation of baggage-tags
with room numbers.
Each guest is individually escorted to their well-appointed room by our hospitality
staff and briefed on the heritage of the rooms and the various facilities offered.
All rooms are provided with special and personalised accompaniments such as traditional
indian Suites / Chocolates and cheese platter at turndown.
A separate hospitality desk is setup at the reception to assist the guest within
the hotel premises and to sight see around the historic city.
Lunch at Poolside/ Lawns, Shiv Niwas Palace
Shikarbadi Hotel, just 4 kms away from the City Palace, plays host to your guest
for a delightful evening.
Shikarbadi was the hunting lodge of the Royal Family and is today a tranquil Royal
Retreat for you and your guests. The Risala at Shikarbadi brings alive the hustle-bustle
of village bazaar activity, a special theme for the evening.
Craftsman and potters, black smith and sword makers, puppeteers and painters, palmist
and astrologers will all be there to hold the guests' attention. The rustic ambiance
is highlighted with lanterns, hay stacks and huts
The aroma of Rajasthani foods fills the air and guests can relish the buffet or
sit-down dinner.
Dinner at The Sunset Terrace
The choice of spending yet another memorable evening at the sunset view terrace
is available. The sunset view terrace, a part of the Fateh Prakash Palace, overlooks
the Lake Pichola and the magical Aravalli Mountains. The backdrop of the majestic
City Palace Complex rising over the Lake creates a fairy-tale setting for the dinner.
