The Mewar Sound and Light Show in Hindi
Launched in Hindi, on June 1, 2006, the Mewar Son et Lumiere is titled 'Yash ki Dharohar'. Held at the City Palace Complex, Udaipur, the show accommodates two levels of seating at Hathnal ki Chandni and Manek Chowk. The script written by Pandit Narendraji Mishra follows the English language production in style and flourish all the while maintaining the subtleties and flavour that the Hindi language lends to the dramatic turn of events. The 12 episodes fanning out over one hour cover 1500 years of the Mewar legacy. This is India's first and only private production of a Son et Lumiere in Hindi.
