Reception at New Delhi
On the occasion of the visit of The Honourable Dalton McGuinty, Premier of the Province of Ontario, Canada and his business delegation to India, The High Commissioner of Canada, Mr. David M. Malone organized a reception on January 15, at Canada House, New Delhi. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur was present at this reception with other eminent personalities.

Weddings
Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the wedding of Amrish son of Kunwarani and Kunwar Kush Bhargava and Neelma daughter of Shri Brij and Smt. Adarsh Bharadwaj on January 23, at Claremont Hotel, New Delhi. The wedding ceremony was followed by a formal dinner.

The wedding of Anshuman son of Smt. Vinita and the late Shripati Singhania and Shweta daughter Smt. Snehlataji and Shri Shashikantji Bhartia was solemnized on January 23, 2007 at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. The wedding ceremony was followed by a reception, which was also attended by Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur.

The Promenade was the venue for the wedding of Saurabh son of Mr. and Mrs. Kavendra Surana with Chandana daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kailash Somani. The service took place on January 24, 2007. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the ceremony.

Inauguration of an Environment Garden in Udaipur
On January 28, 2007 the inauguration of Shri Chandraprabha Swami Open Air Temple took place at Goverdhan Vilas in Udaipur. The temple includes an Environment Garden, which was inaugurated by Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur. Mahant Murli Manohar Sharan Shastri was also present. Built over a substantial area, the temple is adorned with four grand entrances on four sides. Fountains, theatres and lawns add to its varied beauty.
On this occasion, rose petals were showered from an aircraft to add colour and fragrance. Shriji congratulated the temple authorities for their foresight in creating this natural haven for citizens, tourists and devotees.
