The marriage took place on the 19th February between Nandini granddaughter of the Late Maharaj Sajjan Singhji Bansi and Ladi Sahiba Nirbhay Chauhan and Sumit son of the Late Shri Shyam Singh Rawat and Smt. Urmila Rawat. The wedding ceremony was followed by a reception at B. N. Girls College, Udaipur. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the reception to bless the couple.

The marriage took place on the 22nd February 2007 at Lekha Vihar, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi between Devyani Rajya Lakshmi daughter of Rana Pashupati Shumshere Rana and Rani Usha Raje and Kunwar Aishvarya Singh son of Raja Saheb Bhuwaneshwar Prasad Singh and Rani Veena Singh of Singrauli . Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the ceremony.

Western Region Eye Care Stakeholders Workshop
Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the inaugural session of the non-profit agency-Government Interface on Vision 2020-The Right to Sight on the 22nd February as their Chief Guest. The two day workshop from February 22 to 23, 2007 was organized by Western Region Eye Care Stakeholders and Alakh Nayan Mandir Eye Institute, Udaipur under World Health Organisation's program 'Vision 2020'.
This workshop was the first in a sequence of workshops to be held in four parts of the country on Eye Care 'Vision 2020'.

Opening of Mahua Kothi and Baghvan
Mr. Raymond Bickson, Managing Director and CEO of the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and Mr. Steve Fitzerland, Chief Executive Officer, CC Africa organized an evening to celebrate the opening of Mahua Kothi, Bandhavgarh National Park and Baghvan, Pench National Park. Veteran Match between India and Pakistan
The first match in a series between the cricket veterans of India and Pakistan was played at M. B. College grounds on the 23rd February 2007. The game was called Shakti Bhog Indo-Pak Goodwill Veteran Series, and was organized by The Udaipur District Veteran Cricket Association. The India team members included Mohd. Azharuddin, Manoj Prabhakar, Nayan Mongia, Narendra Hirwani with Abdul Qadir, Mansoor Akhtar and Arshad Khan representing the Pakistan Team.
Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar was introduced to the p[layers before the match accompanied by Mr. Gulabchand Kataria, Home Minister of Rajasthan.
Solar Rickshaw from the Mewar Solar Cell, Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation was used to convey soft drinks and refreshments to the players. The Pakistan team won the match with four wickets and was awarded a trophy sponsored by the Miraj Group.
Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur also hosted a dinner for both the teams and organisers at The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace on February 22, 2007.
