There are few places on earth as romantic as Udaipur and it was here, on the 6th February that one of the most spectacular weddings of the season took place between Miss Harsh Sharma daughter of Dr. Ashok Sharma and Mr. Sachin Joshi, son of the Gutka magnate Mr. J. M. Joshi. The awe-inspiring views, a serene and tranquil atmosphere and outstanding facilities came together to create a remarkable backdrop. This was evident as the traditional celebrations began on the 4th February 2007. The initiating rituals took place at the Pool Deck, Shiv Niwas Palace. They were followed by a formal dinner at The Zenana Mahal setting the tone for the next few days of radiance and celebration. Lunch at the lawns of Shiv Niwas Palace was followed by The Sangeet at Manek Chowk, elaborately decorated with lights and Orchid flowers. Stars from Bollywood and the world of celluloid including the famous singer Shankar Mahadevan, Archana Puran Singh, Samira Reddy energetically performed before an enthusiastic audience.
