Reunion Party hosted at the Zenana Mahal
Business magnate, Mr. Jai Mehta organized a reunion party for his class mates from the IMD Business School, Switzerland. The festivities took place at The Zenana Mahal, The City Palace Complex on August 04, 2007. The evening's theme was based on the mystic Sufi cult and was made memorable by a culture programme including a Qawalli recital. The evening was also attended by the actress Ms. Juhi Chawla. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar hosted cocktails for Mr. Jai Mehta and his guests at Shambhu Niwas Palace before dinner at The Zenana Mahal. The Group also visited the Crystal Gallery, The City Palace Museum and The Vintage and Classic Car Collection. They expressed delight at their visit to Udaipur and the initiatives taken by Shriji to maintain his rich legacy in Udaipur.

The marriage of Ms. Shashwati Majumdar and Mr. Carl Wilkinson took place at Jagmandir on August 19, 2007. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended a reception and dinner at this historic venue that was lavishly decorated for the occasion.

Official Engagements of Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar of Udaipur

HRH Group of Hotels hosted a dinner at The Mor Chowk, City Palace Complex, Udaipur, on August 20, 2007 in honour of the Russian Agents Education Tour. Their visit was organised by Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar of Udaipur as part of an initiative to encourage the burgeoning Russian travel market to India.
As Joint Managing Director, HRH Group of Hotels, Udaipur, Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar of Udaipur visited Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer to supervise renovation work taking place at the property in preparation for the tourist season.
