Launch of magazine on tourism
Founded and published by Mr. Sajjan Singh Rathore a new fortnightly magazine 'Paryatan Avlokan' on tourism was launched at the Rajputana Resort on World Tourism Day on the 27th September. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the function as Chief Guest accompanied by Maharaj Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur. In his address to the audience Shriji said that with the rapid growth in tourism now accessible to all sectors of society, the conservation of heritage is paramount. He commended the publication, targeted at the region of Mewar, for its contribution to the tourist industry. Shriji presented mementoes to a number of people who have made a special contribution to tourism in this area.
