The teams played a series of exhilarating Leagues matches concluding on the 16th December when the Cavalry (Red) playing the Cavalry (Black) won with 6 ½ goals.The final match was followed by Hi Tea organised by HRH Group of Hotels attended by more than 400 polo aficionados.
The event was attended by Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur along with Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar of Udaipur, Thakur Sahib Lokendra Singh, Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar and Maharaj Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur.

A dinner hosted and organised by Amity was held at Le Merdian, New Delhi attended by members of the Mewar royal family. Dr. Dr. Ashok Chauhan, Mr. Atul Chauhan, Ms. Pooja Chauhan, Brigadier V. P. Singh, Maj. Gen. K. Jai Singh were also present at the dinner.
Rashmi and Keemesh marry in Udaipur
The Marriage took place between Rashmi and Keemesh on the Palace Island of Jagmandir on the 19th December 2007. The wedding celebrations started with dinner at The Sunset Terrace, Fateh Prakash Palace on the 17th December when guests were entertained by Sitar and Tabla players. Escorting guests to the wedding, a procession of bejeweled elephants with hoda, camels, horses and lancemen carrying Mashaals starting from Arjun Khura gate to Rameshwar Ghat where they were showered with rose water and flower petals before they embarked on boats taking them to Jagmandir. The Palace Island glimmered under the night sky as the married couple exchanged garlands under a decorated Mandap at Kunwarpada lawns. The evening concluded with a sumptuous dinner in the courtyard where guests were entertained by Rajasthani folk dancers.
A Birthday celebration at Jagmandir
The entire family of Mr. Sameer Singhal, son of the Late Mr. Piyush Singal joined his lavish birthday celebration at the palace Island of Jagmandir on the 21st December 2007. The evening started with folk dancing followed by cocktails and dinner at the Darikhana Restaurant on the Palace Island of Jagmandir.

Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar, accompanied by her husband, Thakur Lokendra Singh, Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar and Maharaj Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar held a press conference at the Chambers in the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi following the Amity Cup Tournament. At a cocktail party hosted for a select number of senior journalists, the occasion provided an opportunity to brief the media on other destinations in Rajasthan promoted by HRH Group of hotels as well as Udaipur and activities of the Maharana Mewar of Charitable Foundation.

Christmas celebrations at the Zenana Mahal
HRH Group of Hotels organized Christmas celebrations on the eve of 24th December 2007 at the Zenana Mahal, City Palace Complex, Udaipur. Preparations got underway at a special culinary demonstration attended by HRH staff in November when dried fruits were marinated for the plum pudding to be served on Christmas day.
The Zenana Mahal was decorated to reflect the Festive Season and the arrival of Santa Claus who presented gifts to all the guests attending a lavish buffet.
