Training Program for Staff Members of HRH Group of Hotels

The Human Resource department of HRH Group of Hotels conducted a training program for its employees from 19th August to 23rd August 2017, Trainer-Mr. Chirag Laroia briefed the Head of Departments and staff of each unit of the group.

/ Handling DND Rooms, Behavioural Differentiation, Guest Room Cleaning Drill ( Placement of Amenties / Maintaining Room / Turn Down Service Procedure ), "Survival Skills for Supervisors", Front Office - Bell Desk Operations : Rooming the Guest, F&B Service - Breakfast Operations ( Maintaining Buffet / Set up of Table / Laying & Winding up of Buffet ), HOD - Management Learning for Leaders, F&B Service - IRD ( Order taking & Taking Order to Room ), Housekeeping - Laundry ( Pick up & Delivery of Laundry ).

The training program was held at COMPO Conference Hall, The City Palace and at Shikarbadi Hotel, Udaipur
