The Estee Lauder –TR Finance Workshop

The Estee Lauder held its TR Finance Workshop and meeting at Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Udaipur. The 5 day conference was attended by 58 delegates. They also held a cultural evening followed by dinner at Shikarbadi Hotel, Udaipur on 13th November and Courtyard, Jagmandir Island Palace, Udaipur on the 15th November 2017.

Workshop on Advance Catering and Food Safety Supervisor

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India - HRANI organized a 2 day training workshop for Master Trainers in Advance Catering and Food Safety Supervisor at Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Udaipur. Food Safety Training and Certification, FoSTaC is a participatory program of training and capacity building, designed to enhance public awareness while simultaneously training food handlers across the value chain. Ms. Heena Yadav, Consultant, F.S.M.S, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) Government of India and Mr. Sanjay Varghese, Director - Materials and Food Safety, The Imperial, New Delhi briefed the participants. Senior and Middle management level F&B Production and Service personnel of HRH Group of Hotels and other renowned hotels of Udaipur participated in this training workshop. The participants were awarded the Food Safety Tranier, Certificate of Competence on completion of their training.
