Cake mixing ceremony

The cake mixing ceremony with the confectionery chefs and the kitchen team for the hotel was held at Gorbandh Palace. This traditional ceremony is a lovely kick-off of the grand Christmas pudding which is still the traditional finale to the British Christmas dinner. 8 guests of French nationality who were on a stay with Gorbandh Palace from Mangalam Tours - Group Mangalam RJ-27 - 15 also took part in the ceremony.
